Rolls-Royce Phantom : Closed-Circuit Current High about 12A when the key is removed and the Car doesn’t go to sleep mode so the Battery drains fast and exhausted

Try to remove the fuse below …. and see the changing of the 30U Terminal Current:

Try to remove the fuse below …. and see the changing of the 30B Terminal Current :




Disconnect X10327 Connector Safety and Gateway Module
Byteflight bus and X10327 connector wiring diagram, try to Remove Pin in X10327 Connector :

The reason may be the Steering Column Switch Cluster does not go to sleep and always sends the signal to the Safety and Gateway Module


Measure the voltage and remove the pin below :

So the problem of fault code : 00A158 Closed-Circuit Current and 00A163 No Bus Rest is because of shorting the supply wire from CAS to the Right B-Pillar Satellite Module.



After repairing the damaged wire, everything comes back normally.
