Audi Q7 : – P00B7 Engine Coolant Flow Low

– P2681 Engine Coolant Bypass Valve Control

Check the data stream and see that the Engine Temp Management Valve Actuator is Stuck as below :

Disconnect the Engine temperature control N493 connector and check the wire to the Engine Control Module

After checking that the wiring is okay, continue to remove the Engine Temperature Control Valve Actuator N493, measure it, and compare it with the new one as below :

Replace the new Engine Temperature Control Actuator N493 (Thermostat) and do the adaptation

After successful adaptation, recheck the data stream to confirm the Engine Temperature Control Valve Actuator N493 works correctly, see the result below :
